1999 – 2004 Mr. A.Strumskis was the Investment director for Scandinavian Baltic Development Co (UK) Ltd in Lithuania. Mr. A.Strumskis was a Board member at all portfolio companies where the Fund had significant minority or majority share. 

Since 2000 Mr. Strumskis has participated in the companies’ management through the presence on the Board level in several leading Lithuanian companies.

1991-1999 Mr. A.Strumskis held senior consulting positions with the international management consulting company Siar – Bossard, then Gemini Consulting of Cap Gemini in Lithuania and Ukraine. Mr. A.Strumskis was heavily involved in strategic assignments within food industry, pharmaceuticals, retail, pulp and paper, textile and IT industries, as well as merger and acquisition projects. The clients were leading Scandinavian and French companies developing business in the Baltic area, Ukraine and Belarus.

Before joining Siar-Bossard he held a research position at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences.

During working practice he participated in a number of trainings for management skills development in France, Scandinavia, USA, UK and Belgium. 

In 1986 Mr. A.Strumskis has got MS degree from Vilnius University. In 1998 Mr. A.Strumskis graduated from International Business School (one year part time Executive Leadership Development Program by Cap Gemini Group, Paris).

As part of the public activities he has been elected the President of the National Association of Management Consultants of Lithuania. Since 1998 Mr. A.Strumskis has been an active member of Vilnius Old Town Rotary Club.
