Strata – is an assets management and business strategy creation company. Three colleagues Mr. Arvydas Strumskis, Ms. Daiva Rakauskaite and Mrs. Lilija Pusvaškienė established the company at  the end of 2002.

 

Strata started business activities with the goal to ensure the continuation of activities of the private equity fund manager Scandinavian Baltic Development Ltd. in Lithuania. Scandinavian Baltic Development Ltd. was the official fund manager of the European bank for Reconstruction and Development. In 2003 Strata expanded activities to business strategy creation and business management consulting. Then in 2004 Strata started direct investment in attractive start up companies.

 

Currently Strata invests private capital funds and develops start ups, small and medium sized companies, manages rapidly developing businesses and actively participates in development and implementation of business strategies.

 

Strata’s strength – a strong empathy with an owner, who is facing difficult business decisions. Such as how to set the direction and drive its future success or how to choose the right managers, how to motivate them?

 

Strata aims to forge partnerships to create a network of stakeholders working toward mutual success.
