Main focus – strategic business development, actively representing shareholders on the Board. Our role – to penetrate directions of future perspective development, help in making company‘s strategic action plans, prepare tactics to implement these actions and to follow the implementation of the plan. 

Strata team actively participated in a number of business development projects of large companies as outside experts.

	UAB Narbutas ir Co (2001 - 2002), the leading Lithuanian producer of furniture.
	AB Lietuvos energija (2000 – 2001), electricity provider in Lithuania.
